Bell's Palsy & Facial paralysis chats are scheduled weekly for Sundays at 3:00PM and Weekday mornings at 9:00AM (times are EST; in the UK add 5 hours).

The Chat Room is open 24/7. Members and staff drop in regularly, and the BPIS team checks in at the "top of the hour" whenever possible.

If you find the room empty, go to the Forums, click on "Who's on line", and use email or our Forum mail to invite online members to join you in the Chat Room at any time. To arrange a chat at another specific time, go to the Forum and post a message in Chat Forum suggesting a day and time.

 TO LOG-IN AND REGISTER
 1. Type your username and click on the login button. If this is your first time in Chat, do not enter a password.
 2. When you are inside the room, click on "Setpass" to create a permanent password.
 3. Type your text in the white bar below the chat window, and hit "Enter" on your keyboard to send it to the chat window.
